Class Description
In this class, you will mix, knead and shape authentic pasta dough, as well as learning how to add vibrant natural colour. We will then practise pasta-making skills using gnocchi and garganelli boards, manual rollers and fluted ravioli cutters to hand roll and craft a variety of pasta shapes. We will also prepare a selection of fresh ricotta, pesto and pomodoro to accompany your handmade pastas. Dietary information: This class is suitable for vegetarian diets; the menu contains eggs, dairy and gluten. For any other allergies or dietary requirements, please contact us to discuss before booking. Tickets for this event include: • professional cookery tuition • all ingredients and equipment • hot drinks throughout the session • a selection of pastas and sauces for two people to take away with you • all recipes from the class. Any profits raised from this class support our community cookery activities – where everyone can experience the benefits of cooking and eating together, regardless of finance, confidence or ability.
