Class Description
Join us for a mouth-watering Malaysian Street Food Workshop where you'll learn to cook up a storm with authentic Malaysian flavours. This event is perfect for anyone looking to expand their culinary skills and try something new. We will spend a relaxed afternoon in our modern spacious kitchen preparing a number of classic Malaysian dishes. The menu is subject to change depending on the dietary requirements of the group but will most likely include dishes such as laksa noodles, nyonya curry kapitan, gado gado salad and sambal kangkong. Dietary information: This class can be adapted for most diets provided we are given plenty of notice of all dietary requirements and/or allergies, please contact us to discuss before booking. Tickets for this event include:• professional cookery tuition• all ingredients and equipment• hot drinks throughout the session• a full meal for two people to take home with you• all recipes from the class. Any profits raised from this class support our community cookery activities – where everyone can experience the benefits of cooking and eating together, regardless of finance, confidence or ability.
