Japanese Bento Workshop

Class Description

We will spend a relaxed afternoon in our modern spacious kitchen making a number of classic Japanese Bento dishes including hand folded gyoza, onigiri, yakitori, pickles, miso soup and more! Work at your own pace, enjoy the meditative processes and build your own bento selection. Dietary information: This class can be adapted for most diets provided we are given plenty of notice of all dietary requirements and/or allergies, please contact us to discuss before booking. Tickets for this event include: • professional cookery tuition• all ingredients and equipment• hot drinks throughout the session• a full meal for two people to take away with you• all recipes from the class. Any profits raised from this class support our community cookery activities – where everyone can experience the benefits of cooking and eating together, regardless of finance, confidence or ability.
